We have no people in Australia, so I can't help you with mentoring. In fact, I don't do a personal mentoring program, as of yet even in the US. However, you are correct in thinking you need to go much broader with your traffic sources. Optimizing for the so-called "free" traffic sources will bring you a lot of additional leads.
